Description of the role Responsible for the facilitation, administration, and implementation, working in partnership with the Mortgage Origination Banker and being pro-actively involved in acquiring new target market clients, cross selling our client value proposition and vanilla credit proposals, all underpinned by service excellence to clients & Mortgage Originators at all touch points.

Predominantly working in MO, with some focus on assisting other Bankers in the KZN Region.
Description of key responsibilities: Effective and timeous resolution of client / MO queries telephonically or via email • Providing sufficient support and education regarding products, processes and system changes• Manage client & MO expectations and provide feedback accordingly• Liaising with support areas and product houses to meet clients' needs or required transactions• Establish and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders & Mortgage Originators• Identify opportunities to fully bank the clients and cross sell product offering, look for opportunities for the client across Investec Group, enable and connect client to different opportunities within the group.• Deliver service towards achieving targets/budgets• Educating clients regarding support services available and on-line tools• Maintain Deal stream in partnership with MO Bankers• Follow up on CRM leads, feedback and update on leads• Implement and drive MO strategy across banking business – feedback to banking forums• Manage processes and expectations with internal stakeholders (valuations/Legal/attorneys/credit)• Drive acquisition along with lending take up• Attend & present at MO roadshows and MO national forums etc.
