Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you'll drive change, detect inefficiencies, and safeguard our assets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive audits of business processes, identifying areas for improvementPropose and implement enhancements to internal controls, ensuring effectivenessCollaborate with management to address audit findings and drive strategic actionsLead risk management efforts, providing expert advice on threat mitigation strategiesCombat fraud and safeguard organizational assets through rigorous audit proceduresEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, staying abreast of changesCraft clear and compelling audit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendationsAssist in developing the annual risk-based audit plan and contribute to Audit Committee reportingQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Commerce/Internal Auditing or equivalentCIA qualification preferredMinimum 5 years' experience, with exposure to Fintech environments advantageousProficiency in internal audit principles, compliance standards, and risk management strategiesPackage & RemunerationR 400000 - R 500000 - Annually
