Internal Auditor (Caats)

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and improving internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with regulations using advanced auditing tools and methodologies.Duties and responsibilities include:Utilize CAATs to perform data extraction, analysis, and testing in various audit engagements.Develop and implement audit procedures that effectively identify and assess risks.Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls and recommend improvements.Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to CAATs and internal audit.Writing reports including communicating findings to managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Business or related field. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification (CISA, CISM, CRISC or CISSP) is preferred.3+ years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong focus on using CAATs.Proficiency in using CAATs software such as ACL, SQL, or similar tools.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of IT frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, CIS (advantageous)Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
