Intern: Marketing (Sneaker Factory)

Role Overview: We are looking for a digital enthusiast who has a passion for fashion and sneakers. Our Marketing Internship at Sneaker Factory offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and the Marketing Coordinator, as well as the marketing team to support various projects across trade marketing, media, digital, social media, and Creative teams. This internship will provide valuable insight into the world of marketing.
Responsibilities: Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaignsPerforming market analysis and research on competitionSupporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasksPrepare promotional presentationsHelp distribute marketing collateral through our distribution channelsBrief printers on marketing collateralAssist with activations and new store openingsAssist with own brand and branded campaignsLiaise with agencyPrepare campaign presentationsManage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)Help organize marketing eventsQualifications: Degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar.Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digitalPrior experience in marketing or advertising is a plusStrong interest in retail, fashion, sports, and design trends.Knowledge of sports lifestyle brands, internationally and locallyKnowledge of Influencer and Content MarketingCreative portfolio or samples demonstrating marketing skills and projects (school projects or personal work).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Behaviors: Continual Improvement - Actively seeks opportunities to continually improve processesDecision Making - Analyses complex situations to ensure effective and timely choicesEntrepreneurial thinkingMeeting Customer Expectations - Consistently delivers exceptional customer servicePresenting & Communication - Articulates ideas clearly to different audience
