JOB PROFILE JOB TITLE: Intern: Business Advisor
DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract
REPORTING TO: Branch Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide business development services primarily to micro and small enterprises.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Provide assistance to the Business Advisor.Provide advice and guidance in terms of small business development and support to small enterprises wanting to start a business by ensuring that all the legal and other requirements to start successful businesses are adhered to.Provide information, training, referrals, and advice to all walk-in customers at branch level in terms of small business.REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION: Matric (NQF level 4) and Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management / Production Management / Business Management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: Not applicable – work experience exposure programme.
