What youll be doing:Designing delightful interfaces: Create visually stunning and intuitive designs that make users feel like theyve just discovered hidden treasure!Conducting user research: Dive into the minds of users like a treasure hunter, uncovering their needs and pain points to shape their perfect experience.Prototyping: Use Figma to create interactive prototypes that bring your designs to life faster than a wizard can cast a spell.Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work alongside developers, product managers, and fellow designersbecause even the best heroes need a trusty party!Iterating and refining: Embrace feedback like a champion, constantly improving your designs until they shine brighter than a dragons hoard.Skills & Experience:Minimum 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio that showcases your magical design prowess.Proficiency in Figma that makes you feel like a design sorcerer wielding ultimate control over every pixel.Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, ensuring your creations resonate with users and drive engagement.Excellent communication skills to convey your design ideas and collaborate seamlessly with your team.A sense of humour and creativity, because who says designing cant be fun?Personal attributes:A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures.
