Your opportunity:
Information Technology Services is responsible for all computing hardware, operations, network infrastructure, and systems to support and enhance the School's core mission. As the Intermediate Salesforce and Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in the ongoing support and enhancement of our Salesforce CRM.
Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing, recommending, and designing highly complex software architecture to support current and future applicationsReconciling business requirements with information architecture needs for highly complex system integrationChecking that security authorization meets University guidelines and project requirementsCreating user documentation and training plans for new processes, workflows and enhancements deployed within the CRM or Marketing Cloud platformsAnalyzing programming solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standardsLeading and planning IT projects, including technical application implementation plansTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.Minimum five (5) years recent and related experience, including three (3) years as a Salesforce AdministratorMinimum two (2) years experience as a Marketing Cloud AdministratorDemonstrated experience with IT project implementation, including developing project schedulesDemonstrated experience designing, testing, and modifying processes and workflows within the Salesforce CRM and Marketing CloudExperience developing, optimizing, and supporting database servers, including MS SQL, MySQLExperience coding highly complex queries for MS SQLExperience maintaining and troubleshooting database and web serversExtensive experience as a Network and Systems AdministratorExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Proven ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholdersProven ability to find solutions to difficult and complex problemsDemonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personal dataHighly proficient with managing and creating user access roles within the Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environmentsAssets (Nonessential): Understanding of AURA and APEX programming languagesUnderstanding of LWC and how they are used and deployed within a Salesforce environmentTo be successful in this role you will be: AccountableResourcefulTeam playerClosing Date: 12/04/2024, 11:59PM ET
