About the job Intermediate Project ManagerAs an Intermediate Project Manager, you'll manage a team of staff responsible for the delivery of projects.
You will work with stakeholders to plan and schedule the project, review progress regularly, and make any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure that it meets its goals and deadlines.
You may have several teams reporting to you or be able to handle everything yourself.Qualifications4+ years of project management experience.Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT required.Certificate in PMI CAPM.Responsibilities:Proposes and coordinates various project management activities.Creates appropriate documentation and documents project status with the client through verbal presentations, reports, and meetings.Coordinating and chairing weekly project meetings.Updating and distributing weekly progress reports (including minutes and action logs).Monitoring project deliverables and taking corrective measures.Managing project risks and issues.Managing scope changes and impacts, ensuring business care is kept up to date and customer sign-offs are completed.Chair program or project meetings and prepare necessary documentation, such as minutes, SteerCo, Weekly Status, Stakeholders, and Daily stand-ups.Direct and motivate the project/program team(s) to ensure successful delivery of scope, within time.
