Support business by continuously reviewing challenges and ideas to ensure appropriate projects are added to the roadmap and executedCoordinate projects to achieve objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting requirements as per project sponsor and business owners' expectations; may involve managing multiple projects with medium to high complexityFacilitate the delivery of the full project scope by adhering to the Strategic Project Office methodologyEnsure compliance with the governance requirements of the project management methodologyOptimize resource utilization within a delivery portfolio (resource coordination)Manage risks and issues effectively throughout the project lifecycleConduct ongoing stakeholder management and communication, acting as the single point of contact for the projectEvaluate team members and project resources, identifying strengths and areas for development as neededPractice and adhere to the Strategic Project Office methodologyAssess and provide feedback to enhance the Strategic Project Office methodology based on specific project experiencesPromote and advocate for the Strategic Project Office methodology across the company
