Hatch is on the lookout for an Intermediate Piping Engineer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG), to be based in our office in Greenstone Hill, Johannesburg.
As the successful candidate, you will: Have a good working knowledge of industry and regulatory piping codes and standards whichincludes pressure equipment regulations for the jurisdictionBe able to prepare design calculations and documentation, reports, material take offs, piping specifications, piping datasheets (material class specification, manual valve and special piping items)Produce design deliverables including Piping and Instrumentation DiagramsYou bring to the role: 3+ years Piping Engineering experience with process plant or mining or copper concentration or flotation experienceBSc/B.Eng degree in mechanical engineering or equivalentRegistration as a Candidate Engineer with ECSAGood working knowledge of the applicable codes and standards of ASMEGood communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutionsDon't meet every single requirement?
