Intermediate Phase Teacher

As an Intermediate Phase Teacher at St Cyprian's School, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. You will deliver high-quality instruction, develop engaging lesson plans, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Key requirements for the role (including but not limited to): Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.Foster a love for learning and encourage intellectual curiosity through inquiry-based learning approaches.Implement differentiated teaching methods to communicate various learning styles and abilities.Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the school community.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for learning.Qualifications and experience: A bachelor's degree in education or teaching certification (PGCE or equivalent)A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in the Intersen Phase (Grades 4-7)Passion for education and a commitment to student successAbility to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCandidates should have the following skills and attributes: Consider themselves adaptable, open to change, and illustrate creativity in their approach.Extremely methodical with excellent communication skillsShow exceptional organizational skills and initiativeDetail-orientatedHigh levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness: ability to understand and respond to children's needs and emotions intuitivelyTake pride in high standard of teachingSt Cyprian's School is on a journey of Transformation and the successful incumbent will be expected to
