Your expertise in finance recruitment will contribute to building a talented and high-performing finance team.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals, to identify and engage finance professionals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:Review resumes and applications, conduct in-depth interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Provide guidance and expertise in talent acquisition to hiring managers.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing regular feedback and maintaining clear communication.Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.Market Research:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide insights that support the hiring process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in finance recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Strong understanding of finance roles, industry trends, and technical skills required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
