Interior Design Team Leader - Cape Town - Salary To Commensurate With Experience

Our client, a prestigious design firm in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):Lead and inspire an interior design team, ensuring excellence and creativity in all projects.Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop and present design concepts.Create high-quality 3D renderings to visually communicate design ideas.Manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision from Directors.Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing your ability to communicate and execute design visions effectively.Attend site visits, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Must reside in Cape Town.Available to start immediately.MatricTertiary qualification in relevant field Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software - A MUST5-7 years of experience as a team leader in interior design - A MUSTStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, successful project management, and high-quality 3D renderings.Experience within residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, and leisure sectors is a must.Preferably own a car and possess a valid drivers license.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
