Interim Hris Implementation Consultant

HRIS Implementation Consultant - 4 month contract paying £450 - £550 per day (out of IR35)
Our global client is in the process of confirming a new HRIS system and requires an experienced HRIS specialist to support in the implementation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading the implementation of HRIS systems including:
Build, develop, map and test HR workflows, processes and policies
Ensure system capability for all HR processes
Manage the design and migration of data
Consistently partner with key stake holders
Design and provide training and support to internal users
The successful candidate will have a solid HR Systems Implementation background and be a completer/finisher. Strong communication skills with internal stake holders and external system providers is also essential. Experience of Workday and/or HiBob is advantageous.
Based on a 4 month contract and paying a day rate out of IR35, you will expect to be in the office (just outside Manchester city centre) initially 2 day per week the one day on average and this position is to start mid July. 3-4 days per week may also be considered for the right candidate.
