The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing, Briefing and Debriefing of Informers Managing and reporting of gathered Information on CiiMS Recruiting and Handling of informers Gathering Proactive information to conduct Proactive Operations After hours work Liaise with client/ SAPS/Court officials ( When the needs arise ). Inspection of Information Files according to brought forward system Training of co-workers in handling of informers Obtain information required to ensure correct Salaries / Reward of Informers To identify opportunities for new business. Follow instructions as per specific request from clients or required for performing and finalizing certain tasks. The suitable candidates shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills: Drivers license. Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Excel) MS Office and Word. Minimum of 3-year experience in gathering information regarding various aspects in the work environment (criminal as well as departmental) Saps, Defense force an advantage. Firearm Business Competency with Regulation 21. Own transport-reliable and economical. Have excellent comprehensive and analytical skills. Have excellent presentation, written, verbal communication and report writing skills. PSIRA Grading "A" Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism to liaise with informers and clients. Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and after-hours work. Work independently, be able to receive and process information correctly according to specific requirements. A fair deal of patience. Meet deadlines. Go the extra mile. Security knowledge an advantage. Management and Supervising skills for in-house training.
