Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage system integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations) to understand integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data pipelines to ensure smooth data exchange between systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance, connectivity, and data mapping problems. Conduct system testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure the reliability and efficiency of integrations. Provide technical documentation and support for integration processes and protocols. Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies and best practices to continuously improve the integration framework. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Integration Specialist, Integration Engineer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration with SaaS applications. Experience with database management and data integration (SQL, ETL, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) is a plus. We are looking forward to your application
