Responsibilities: Client meetings face to face Liaise and provide feedback to clients Handle client queries Underwrite and manage client renewals Handle new application and quotations Arrange appointments with clients - site meetings Maintain systems Manage detailed records - Administrative Documents Ensure FAIS Compliance Recorddetails and information on relevant systems Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Maintain Service level agreement deadlines Maintain good working relationship with insurers Handle reports Manage client retention Understand policy wording and all products
