Insurance Sales Agent

Introduction GroDirect is looking for dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our team starting in January 2025 .

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities Sales and Customer Engagement : Promote and sell Insurance products and services to potential customers.
Product Knowledge : Learn and understand the companys products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
Target Achievement : Meet sales targets and contribute to the teams overall success.
Reporting : Track sales activities and report to team leaders.
Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.

No prior experience is necessary full training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
