Insurance Product Manager

Role purpose: You will bring a wealth of insurance experience to enhance the creation and development cutting-edge insurance products. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between telco capabilities and the insurance opportunities that exist, ensuring that the 7 markets implement the most efficient and effective products tailored to their unique markets. Responsibilities: Champion Insurance Management Product Strategy & ExecutionSpearhead Partnerships to Drive InnovationBuild "trusted advisor" relationship with business leaders across companies markets Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: 4 years of professional experience with experience at an insurance product development in banking bank, telco, or other relevant digital businessStrong knowledge of mobile money, fintech and financial servicesUnderstanding of regulatory environment and future direction of regulationExperience with African and emerging market consumers, and multicultural sensitivityAnalytical bent of mind, structured thinker with strong business acumenResults-driven self-starterSolid influencing and negotiation skills Must have technical / professional qualifications: Bachelors degree required, a Masters degree in a related field preferredContagious passion for, and commitment to driving mobile money growth and innovationWillingness to travel frequently
