Insurance Officer

INSURANCE OFFICER CLOCOLAN Core purpose of the post: Effective handling of all administrative tasks, claims and underwriting inquiries regarding insurance. Requirements: Grade 12;FAIS Accreditation (relevant qualification, RE5 & CoB).
(RE5 is compulsory or must be completed successfully within 6 months);Previous experience in an insurance environment;Valid driving license. Skills: Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;Computer literate (MS Office);Strong numeracy skills;Good organizational ability;Must be able to function under pressure;Must be able to maintain confidentiality;The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships. Responsibilities: Service and liaison with Insurers and Clients;Assist with handling underwriting and claims;Assist with handling of crop insurance;Maintenance of insurance policies;Execution of administrative duties.   .
