Insurance Learning And Development Facilitator

The Insurance Learning and Development Facilitator will be responsible for staff training requirements, programs, and career development needs within Outworx.

Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions, workshops or individual training sessions to deliver training content and competency assessments. Prepare and maintain all training and learning material and competency assessments. Ensure all training and learning material is updated and aligned to the Quality Management Systems. Communicate and report accurate performance metrics to the Learning and Development Manager. Provide necessary feedback, coaching, training, and development to trainees/candidates and management. Actively promote and implement the Outworx culture to ensure a culture of Excellence. Support Training and Development in an effective and motivational manner. Requirements: Matric or equivalent. NQF4 level equivalent. Literate in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. OGI experience is required. Previous training experience. Must be able to work shifts. Previous Insurance experience required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
