What will you do?The Bellville / Johannesburg location depends on where the candidate is based, Commercial Contact Centre / Survey team has an exciting position available for an Insurance Consultant.
- Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters on all commercial short-term insurance business
- Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP
- Amending policies following the completion of survey reports.
Qualifications and experience• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance)
• Underwriting knowledge/experience
• 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment
• Fully Computer literate (MS Office)
• Completion of RIA qualification
• Afrikaans language preferable
• Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage.
• Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage.

During the interview, you will be introduced to the panel and the process will be explained.Step 6: Should we like what you bring to the table, depending on the job you are being considered for, you may be invited to complete a psychometric assessment.Step 7: Prior to an offer being made, there may be a second interview to meet with the Head of Department.Step 8: You made it.
