What will you do?The Bellville / Johannesburg Commercial Contact Centre / Survey team has an exciting position available for an Insurance Consultant.
Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters on all commercial short-term insurance business.Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP.Amending policies following the completion of survey reports.Qualifications and experienceMatric certificate or equivalent qualification.FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance).Underwriting knowledge/experience.2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment.Fully computer literate (MS Office).Completion of RIA qualification.Afrikaans language preferable.Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage.Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage.Build a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
