If you have a passion for sales and a background in insurance or call centre operations, we want to hear from you Duties & Responsibilities: Engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote and sell our insurance products. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during the sales process. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience and Qualifications: Matric or NQF Level 4 certification (mandatory). South African ID (mandatory). Previous experience in selling insurance or working in a call centre (non-negotiable). Excellent communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales. Must be able to travel to our Amanzimtoti branch daily. Package & Remuneration: Full training provided to equip you with the skills you need to excel. R4000 attendance bonus in the first month. Uncapped commission the more you sell, the more you earn.
