Our business is made up of two divisions that work hand-in-hand to deliver quality paper products to our customers.IntroductionTo provide high level technical support to Production, Process and Engineering Department, specifically relating to Plant runnability, improvements, optimization and fault diagnosis, in order to maximize the availability of the Plant.Fault-finding of instrumentation control loops.Troubleshooting of system peripherals that constitute the ABB DCS system.System backups (Software) for section/s.Installation, maintenance, overhauling and calibration of a wide variety of industrial process instruments.Working closely with and providing technical support to Production and Process Teams.Instrumentation related duties in Projects, Plant modifications and improvements.Ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, Housekeeping Environmental and Quality Standards and Regulations, and the reporting of deviations.Where relevant, ensuring that standards and procedures adhered to.Couching and mentoring Instrumentation trainees.Minimum RequirementsNational Diploma Instrumentation (NTC 6 / S 4).3 years experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry or related Industry.Understanding of Process Control Loops.
