Instructional Designer

Our client is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team.  Successful candidate can be based anywhere in South Africa.Candidate will be required to design and develop instructional materials and training programs that effectively transfer knowledge and develop the necessary skills among learners.Minimum Requirements:-MatricETDP Certificate or Diploma essentialCertification in L&D instructional design practices is advantageousMinimum 2 years designing, developing learning programs and materialsMinimum 2 years experience and proficiency working with e-learning authoring toolsMinimum 2 years experience and proficiency working with training assessment and evaluation processesMinimum 2 years experience and proficiency working with Learning Management Systems and PlatformsKnowledge of relevant Financial Services laws and regulations advantageous
