Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop industry-leading, future-thinking learning solutions for both facilitator-led and virtual delivery, utilizing a range of media to design impactful and effective multi-media learning experiences.
Main Responsibilities:

Utilize instructional design principles and models to design and develop training materials from needs analysis and storyboarding through to the final deliverable, aligning with adult learning principles.
Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify and utilize new instructional technologies, innovative instructional practices, and new course delivery methods to improve the digital learner experience.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Maintain awareness of emerging instructional methods and technologies, applying them to eLearning projects as appropriate.
Create design documents that specify learning objectives, strategies, materials design specifications, skill application, and learning impact.
Develop learner experiences using innovative digital design technologies to create e-learning, virtual instructor-led learning, and video/audio productions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve e-learning offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Be accountable for the attainment of training objectives.
Project manage the design lifecycle of products from conception through to go-live.
Lead ad hoc projects as assigned.
Engage with stakeholders across all projects to identify training needs required to improve overall performance metrics.

Competencies:

Strong performance track record across critical KPIs with a clear disciplinary record and excellent attendance record.
Comfortable with adapting to fast-paced change and able to cope in a highly pressurized environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems through data analysis and excellent communication skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Involvement and interest in processes outside of L&D, extending into the effectiveness of L&D in operations.
Positive interaction with internal stakeholders.
Ability to design and deliver on gaps identified related to Quality, Customer Engagement, CSAT, NPS, and other key performance metrics.
Logical and structured approach to handling tasks.
Willingness to share knowledge, ideas, and experience and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Reflects Teleperformance's values in dealings with others, internally and externally.
Previous training and content development experience is essential.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems through data analysis.
Comfortable with adapting to fast-paced change and able to cope in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

5-7 years of material development experience in instructional design, course writing/development.
Matric/Equivalent.
ODETDP certification is essential.
Assessor's certification is essential.
Moderator's certification is essential.
Virtual training certification.
Must have a positive attendance track record.
