Roles and Responsible
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
