Leading asset management team seeks an Analytical profile with a keen interest in the asset management industry to fill a role in their high performance Institutional Client team. This role will cover areas such as research, analysis, reporting and high level presentation preparations. This role is suited to a strong analytical and highly numerate candidate, with a stellar academic record and an interest in pursuing CFA. Ideal candidates will have some experience within financial services along with Actuarial Science, Maths or Statastics or similar academic backgrounds. Role offers good future career growth and the opportunity to work with a strong team of investment professionals.Responsibilities:Acknowledge and action client or consultant requests or queries regarding portfolio performance, strategy, positioning, regulatory issues and feesProduce detailed, due diligence reports and presentations for clients and consultants, to maintain understanding of the philosophy, business people and processesConduct research on the asset management industry,products and portfolios available internally and externally, local and global market Conduct research and production analyses to enhance understanding of investment products offeredContribute business and client service support for offshore investment partnersAssist with projects to improve efficiency and promote higher performance of Institutional Client Services teamRequirements: Minimum of a completed degree with a preference for Actuarial Science/ Maths / Statistics or Economics / Engineering / Finance or similar with a stellar academic track record and keen interest in the asset management industryMinimum of 1-3 years experience within financial servicesMust have strong numerical, technical and analytical skillsMust have a keen eye for detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to condense and explain technical concepts simply clearly and simply Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelAbility to handle pressure and multitask Ability to work outside of regular hours Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
