If you are service driven and enjoy giving the best experience to clients, this role is for you.PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo manage the logistical & installation contractors and team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee & Manage installation teams and contractorsPeople Management of PKI installation teamCommunicate shopfitting program with key receiversManage the logistical contractors to ensure F&F delivery to site is made on timeManage transport & labour costsEnsure installations are completed on time and to specificationSite visits to ensure quality and compliance of shop fittingManage any snags on siteReport on shortages on siteManage & update shopfitting program control sheetClient visits and communication in order to solve any installation queriesManage Customer ratings to ensure clients are satisfied with installation serviceManage maintenance of power toolsEnsure OHASA compliance on siteJOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTSGrade 12Relevant tertiary qualification in retail, shop fitting, management5 years experience in fixture and fittings / installations/constructionProject Management advantageousExperience in managing a teamStrong organisational skills, ability to juggle various tasks and prioritiseAbility to build relationships across various businessesStrong administrative skillsExcellent communication in both English and AfrikaansGood business acumen with accuracy in costings / budgetsComputer Literacy: G-Suite / MS Office Intermediate LevelCompetencies required: Problem solving; planning, organising and control; attention to detail; service orientation; stress tolerance; communication; building and maintaining relationshipsIf you do not hear from us within 4 weeks of the closing date of this position, please regard your application as being unsuccessful.
