Installation And Project Manager

Aluvent is an established role player in the high-end & commercial Glass & Aluminium industry. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Installation Manager to take on the full control of a portion of our projects/contracts.
The position will require related experience & abilities as stipulated below, with the key responsibilities as follows:

Responsible for final measurements & installation management for projects sold by our sales team from inception right up until sign-off.
Provide technical support to the sales team as and when required.
Communicate with all necessary parties with support from admin personnel.
Ensure no delays on projects and complete works within the allowed labour time.
Pass correct information to the design team and sign-off on final designs before manufacture commences.
Oversee collections & invoicing with admin support.
Ensure the unit managed is profitable.
Manage company resources within the unit (e.g., bakkies/tools).
Manage employee aspects within the unit (e.g., training/morale/discipline/hiring).
Plan effectively to ensure timely materials delivery for project completion.
Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project.

Experience:

Over 5 years of industry-related experience.

Abilities:

Read building plans.
Able to take final measurements.
Communicate on a high technical level with main contractors & architects.
Understand the abidance to sub-contract agreements.
Able to manage teams.
Run multiple projects simultaneously.
Take full responsibility for projects to ensure they are completed within programmed deadlines.

Salary:
R 30k – R 50k dependent on candidate's level of abilities & experience.
