Our client based in the UK is looking for an Insolvency Practitioner to join their team remotely Job Overview: As an Insolvency Practitioner you will work remotely with UK-based clients, providing expert advice and support on insolvency and restructuring matters.
You will lead cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, and helping clients navigate their financial challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee insolvency cases for both corporate and individual clients, from initial engagement to case resolution.
Conduct assessments to determine clients' financial positions and develop tailored insolvency and restructuring solutions.
Provide expert guidance on a variety of insolvency processes, including Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), Administration, Liquidation, and Bankruptcy.
Ensure all cases comply with relevant UK insolvency regulations and standards, including Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
Prepare and submit necessary legal documentation, reports, and statements in line with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with creditors, clients, and legal representatives to negotiate and resolve financial matters.
Maintain clear communication with clients, offering empathetic and strategic advice to help them understand their options and responsibilities.
Stay updated on changes in UK insolvency laws and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications: · Qualified Insolvency Practitioner 2+ years of experience in insolvency, restructuring, or financial advisory, ideally with experience in the UK market.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK insolvency law, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and empathetically.
· Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
Preferred: Experience working remotely with international clients, particularly in the UK.
Familiarity with the UK business and economic landscape.
