Qualifications and Experience: Education: A Postgraduate Degree or higher in fields such as Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, or related business or social studies.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in research design and execution.
Familiarity with various research methods, including both quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, interviews) techniques.
Experience conducting market research or survey design and analysis.
Work in financial services marketing, strategic consultancy, or a marketing agency.
Proficiency in strategic project management and execution within a business or market context.
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise: Strong background in consumer insights and knowledge of explorative research methods in social and behavioral sciences.
Skills Required: Attention to Detail: Ensures data accuracy in research and reporting.
Innovation and Curiosity: Openness to exploring new methods, eager to learn, and proactive in supporting research activities.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
Organizational Skills: Strong project management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective in verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building.
Strategic Thinking: Supports long-term strategic planning and insight-driven decision-making, aligning with the company's objectives and key results (OKRs).
Key Responsibilities: Insight Customization: Customize and deliver high-quality insights to meet business needs and support strategic decisions.
Research Design and Execution: Lead and execute various research projects using diverse methodologies, integrating data to create actionable insights.
Support and Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, create comprehensive reports, and understand business and brand objectives.
Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement by developing new ideas and implementing them effectively.
Client Service and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, deliver on service agreements, manage client expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
People and Team Management: Collaborate with team members and support efforts to achieve business objectives, enhancing internal processes for better client service.
Competencies: Ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts.
Expertise in strategic thinking to support business and marketing objectives.
