Qualifications and Experience: Education: A Postgraduate Degree or higher in fields such as Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, or related business or social studies.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in research design and execution.
Familiarity with various research methods, including both quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, interviews) techniques.
Experience conducting market research or survey design and analysis.
Work in financial services marketing, strategic consultancy, or a marketing agency.
Proficiency in strategic project management and execution within a business or market context.
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise: Strong background in consumer insights and knowledge of explorative research methods in social and behavioral sciences.
Skills Required: Attention to Detail: Ensures data accuracy in research and reporting.
