Insights Manager

The purpose of this role is to work under the direction of a more senior Insight team member to build audiences and analyse data to fuel the strategy and planning process.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: People (30%) Inspiration and relationship building across client teams specifically around new research and insights from media, technology, innovations.Be seen as a valuable resource from a client team point of view in assisting with the creation of strong insights from which to develop media strategies and outputs.Training of the client teams on tools and insights techniques.Integration within full strategy team.Product (60%) Tools and systems custodian/champion across media service line (DFP/CCS/Attention/Carbon/CCS Proxy/Telmar).Dentsu data tools and system knowledge and integration.Raise level of output across client teams (Development and creation of best practice insights formats across audience, market, competitor and other data areas).Assistance in the development and deployment of impactful solutions (70/20/10) for clients.Thought Leadership and industry representation.Pushing past the benchmarks.Profit (10%) Pitching and New Business.Cross and up-selling.Ad hoc project scaling.Location: Sandton
