Insights Client Success Executive

We're looking for an Insights Executive who expects more from their career. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.
Joining our team, you'll work with world-class and passionate people to use your knowledge of dunnhumby insights to maximize how we drive insights storytelling into both the retailer and their supplier partners. Underpinning how we champion brilliant insights into our clients, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for further analysis and change in the retailer as well as delivering sales decks and training sessions.
What you'll be working on: Create insights decks (e.g. after big NPD launch, events) to enable storytellingOwn and develop Case Study libraryDelivering refresher SHOP and assortment training to clientsClient set up including on tools, financials, and contractingCreate pitch decks from a templateTool demos for smaller clientsWhat we expect from you: Proactivity, able to own work plan and identify opportunitiesIn-depth knowledge of dunnhumby toolsAbility to prioritize across retailer and supplier workstreamsCollaborative team playerKeen to learn and grow the scope of the role
