Offer guidance to the squads, marketing teams, and agencies while providing insights on marketing campaign performance, digital platforms, analytics, and addressing anomalies to improve conversion ratios.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire customer experience throughout the journey to maximise the effectiveness of each campaign and generate value at every touchpoint.Collaborate closely with the agency to consistently monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns.Identify A/B testing opportunities to improve creative elements and messaging based on insights derived from paid media reports.Continuously optimise ongoing marketing campaigns while leveraging analytics to achieve an improvement in user conversion rates.Design and implement campaign user journeys for each campaign, incorporating A/B testing methodologies.Effectively manage the delivery of analytics, ensuring that the analytics is set up to track and manage both commercial and marketing objectives.Take ownership of fixing identified issues within the user flow of marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation.
