Inside Sales Representative - Siloam Springs, Ar

BVS has an immediate opening for a full-time Inside Sales Representative in the Siloam Springs, Arkansas location. This position will work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, and will assist customers in their operation with the goal of maximizing their operational output by providing products, services, and solutions to meet their needs. Also serves as a subject matter expert for BVS products and water solutions using knowledge to assist customers with any questions and technical needs they have for the product. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external customers and works to establish a positive rapport with others.

Off-label recommendations are restricted to Veterinarians with valid PCR.Track leads, log calls/activities, move sales cycle, and report/forecast.Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Up-sell and sell additional products/services to customers.Collaborate with colleagues and management on company goals, vision, and reflection of new or lost sales.Make follow-up calls to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase or when accounts are past due.Communicate with Sales, Warehousing, and Transportation departments to ensure correct products are scheduled to be delivered in a timely manner.Work closely with other Sales Representatives to determine and set appropriate pricing levels for customers in the system.Perform other related duties as assigned.
