Our Inside Sales Team is expanding and we're looking for talent that's driven and ready to leverage their sales experience and grow in their career! This opportunity offers a chance to jump into a growing company at the right time! We offer the opportunity to start with a guaranteed base salary of $75,000. The potential to earn is limitless with a generous commission structure that pays you for new business from the start. We also provide our Inside Sales Team with support teams to help manage accounts and supplement your prospecting efforts by providing you a dedicated appointment setter.
This position is based in office, located in St. George, Utah. Responsibilities: Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business.Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue.Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through closing stages.Assist with and attend first implementation meeting for all new clients.Participate in ongoing weekly team meetings and sales training to continue to enhance product knowledge.Maintain knowledge of Planstin products and services.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: Proven experience selling Life and Health Insurance or similar products.Life and Health Insurance License is required. If a license has expired, we will require that you renew it within the first 60 days on the job.Strong understanding of group medical benefits.Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.Great interpersonal communication.Passion for helping people.Driven by making relationships.Attention to detail.Quick responsiveness.Time management.Problem solving.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Salesforce.Experience working with self-funded plans.Experience with customer service.Experience in full-cycle sales.Experience in B2B sales preferred.Planstin's Employee Benefits: Base Salary: $75,000 + Monthly Commissions with earning potential to increase total pay in the first year to $100,000+.12 paid holidays, plus accrue up to 15 days of paid time off in the first year to balance work and life from the start.
