The Inside Sales Engineer is a key technical advisor and product advocate to actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
The person would be closely working with High Speed Separator and Configured systems under BU HSS & FOS. Product knowledge of High Speed separator is required. Apart from product knowledge, the candidate must have experience in some food applications like Food & Fruit processing, Beer, Dairy, Pharma, Starch, Beverage, Protein, etc.

You have a strong service culture. You are motivated by customer relations, results, continuous improvement, and have excellent people and communication skills.
Job Description Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customers.Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.Proactively look for upselling opportunities.Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it matches the customer needs.Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and make decisions.Knowledge Technical knowledge: Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications; Competent in various separation processes and products.Digital communication: Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way: personal (authentic), concise, and relevant. Use active listening. Have a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence.Digital customer support interaction: Proactive, service-minded, strong in customer care, and able to take quick actions.Facilitation skills: Ability to train and coach others on P&A certifications.Qualification & Experience Mechanical or Chemical engineering graduate with up to 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
