Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and win new business.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Actively participate in the candidate recruitment process.
Demonstrate a strong sales orientation and a hungry attitude towards achieving business goals.
Engage in business development activities to expand our client base.
Preferred Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with rec2rec experience.
Familiarity with recruiting in niche markets such as healthcare, tech, or international sectors.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships.
