This is part of the Scaled Innovation strategic pillar. JOB PURPOSETo help bring to life the key strategic elements within the Scaled Innovation pillar, across Risk Services. JOB PROFILEPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESJob Description:The Scaled Innovation Specialist will work closely with leadership to drive the implementation of key activities relating to embedding innovation in the Risk Services business nationally. This is part of the Scaled Innovation strategic pillar. Key activities will include:Innovation workshop development and facilitationTraining of design thinking fundamentalsManagement of the Innovation Champion networkBusiness model analysis and enhancementWorking with teams across the business to drive innovative thinking, facilitate interaction with internal support teams and communicate the appropriate processes requiredProcess optimisation relating to innovation and managing risk and qualityTo assist with the identification, assessment and reporting of new services and products within Risk ServicesStrategic input on the implementation of Scaled Innovation across the businessFinancial management of the Scaled Innovation teamProject management of Scaled Innovation initiatives and eventsEstablishing metrics to measure success of team's projectsNetworking with xLos staff to aid in driving Scaled Innovation objectivesEstablishing rapport with event suppliers and facilitating quotation and billing.Oversight of Scaled Innovation travel arrangements for eventsIntegrating GenAI into the operational processes within Scaled InnovationPERSON PROFILEMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bcom or equivalentCA(SA) preferableKEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Strong cognitive abilities and eager to learnGeneral business acumen and entrepreneurial mindsetBasic computer skills and interest in technologyCurious and able to learn complex concepts fastCreative and open-mindedFinancial managementStrategic thinkingResilient and comfortable with uncertaintyAbility to follow instructions closelyAbility to manage workload under time pressureExcellent communication skills (clear and concise)Ability to train staff at all grades effectivelyOverall understanding of Risk Services business models, as well as key stakeholders.Networking and relationship building
