Injection Moulding Team Leader

Minimum requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection moulding operations, including setting and operating machines.Proven experience in supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment.Matric with relevant technical qualification, additional certification in polymer science or manufacturing is a plus.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Technical proficiency in carious types of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.Familiarity with mould maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is advantageous.Consultant: Aulyn Mthombeni - Dante Personnel East Rand
