Infrastructure Support Engineer (Ict)

The role of the IT Operations Support Engineer ('OSE') is to support the IT Operations Manager in the operation of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks.
The role is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and continuously improving the operating environment of Country Bird Holdings ('the Company') and its subsidiaries, under the guidance of the IT Operations Manager.
The purpose of the role is to maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the infrastructure.
This includes monitoring the operating environments, responding to incidents, problems and planning for growth.
They also assist in the development of infrastructure solutions, based on application needs and anticipated growth, install new servers and maintain the infrastructure.
The OSE needs good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with clients and other technical colleagues.
Individuals work across all functional areas of the company and use a strong customer service orientation to ensure that all service requests and incidents are resolved in a professional manner.
