The OpportunityThe role Informatics Technical Lead in the in the Core Diagnostics Division will be a Client facing delivery and support manager focused on customer satisfaction, effective communication and application deployment.
Also responsible for the direct management and development of a technical team focused on the end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health Applications.What You'll DoExecute project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigationTrack and report on assigned project aspects on a regular basisEnforce team compliance with all procedures and systems of recordDevelop problem solving guidelines, checklists or other materials to assist team in effectively and proactively addressing customer needs and problemsRevise and keep up to date, all project documents and systems of recordParticipate in team and customer meetings effectivelyLead the efficient cost management of your direct team in partnership with local controllersLead, direct, evaluate, and develop team members to effectively meet business objectivesBecome a trusted advisor to customersPrioritization and management of customer needs & conflicts, solutions leadership, effective team management and leadership with a continuous improvement mindsetProvide feature/ product enhancement input based on customer feedbackMaintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service Required Qualifications• Bachelors or equivalent Global Qualification, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Background7-10 years' experience within an Informatics roles, ideally within a Laboratory or Hospital environment3 years experience in a leadership role is essential.Sound understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows and the use of relevant software technologies in support of the sameDemonstrated hands on technical experience with laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, inventory management systems and/or clinical decision support systemsStrong leadership skills in coaching, development and growth within the organizationTechnical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project, SmartsheetStrong project Management experience.
