We're looking for a confident, creative, and highly-organised Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and crafting engaging content that amplifies brand voices.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with our clients' values and campaign goals.
Campaign Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns and projects across various social media platforms, ensuring they meet objectives and KPIs.
Database Management: Conduct thorough market research to identify relevant influencers across different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
who align with our clients' brand values, target audience, and industry niche, and maintain a database of potential influencers for ongoing and future projects and campaigns.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with our Content Lead to develop and curate content that resonates with our clients' target audiences and drives engagement.
Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on popular culture, social media trends, and industry shifts to inform campaign strategies and plans.
Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on influencer marketing performance metrics, compiling comprehensive reports and providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Administrative Excellence: Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, influencer briefs and deliverables with precision, ensuring that all campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
Client Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients regarding influencer projects, providing timely responses and managing client expectations.
Team Leadership: Oversee junior coordinators, providing guidance and support to achieve client satisfaction and targets.
Crisis Communication: Identify potential crises and reputational brand risks emanating from influencer conversations, and escalate these to relevant internal teams.
Collaborate with the account team to prepare and execute crisis communications strategies, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging during challenging situations.
Events & Activations: Manage guestlists, network and coordinate all influencer activity at events and activations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in the influencer marketing field (minimum of 2-3 years of experience).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for influencer marketing performance tracking.
