Our client is looking for an Industrial Waste Customer Care Supervisor to lead and support the customer care team, drive retention strategies, and contribute to sustainable financial growth within the waste management sector. Responsibilities Retain and upsell to existing clients through exceptional customer service and targeted retention strategies. Achieve individual and team retention sales targets, measured on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Oversee and manage a high-performing customer care sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Develop strong client relationships and execute retention plans for allocated accounts. Provide technically driven support to clients and team members in transactional waste management services. Manage the end-to-end quoting process, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal deadlines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, technical, and operational teams, to deliver client-centric solutions. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and improve service offerings. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate timely sales reports and forecasts. Drive the integration of transactional waste management into customer care client businesses. Conduct waste assessments and develop tailored quotations to address client-specific requirements. Promote health, safety, and quality standards in line with ISO requirements and company policies.
