Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Consultant, to be based at our branch in Polokwane. You are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to: Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issuesAll clients are contacted as per scheduleThese typical IR issues can range from: Chairing of disciplinary inquiriesDrafting of judgments for clientsAssist with the issuing of warnings to ensure complianceDrafting and implementing of policiesTo more complex issues like: Strike ManagementPackage & Remuneration: Salary: R17 850 CTC

QualificationsYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: 3 years B.
