IntroductionThe Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineer is experienced in creating value add solutions to meet client's business needs and manages project deliverables/outcomes in line with agreed quality requirements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesActively works to maintain healthy relationships with colleagues and clients, and provide good client service.Control quality of a business analysis or consulting team's outputs.Provide client & project team with logical approach to define & solve problems and facilitate cross functional business improvement workshops as and when needed.Obtain and document client requirements for business solutions that improves value-chain integration and performance.Project team performance management including project financial performance.Professional written & verbal communication suitable for audience.Desired Experience & QualificationEducation: B.Eng Industrial / BSC Mechanical DegreeExperience: 5+ years' relevant work experience in operations or a consulting role.Additional Qualifications:Planning of Line SuppliesAutomotive Industry experience, Planning of Parts distributionProven track record of leadership and team/project managementProven track record of delivering successful projectsThorough understanding of products and/or services offered by Imperial/ResolveThorough understanding of financial and management accountingExceptional analytical skillsCreating & delivering presentationsProject and stakeholder management experienceSelf-motivated and proactiveWillingness to travelFlexible hours to achieve deliverables (sometimes required to work in addition to/outside of normal business hours).
