Description & Duties:Exhibit the relevant product knowledge to identify and provide appropriate technical solutions.Ensure yearly budgets are met.Sell Industrial Instrumentation solutions into a geographicaly defined area.Prepare, in conjunction with managment the annual budget.Interface at a high level of principlesPrepare and present product presentation to clients.Submit weekly call reports.Attend weekly sales meetings.Build soli relationships with staff / clients and Principles.Be proactive in developing sales opportunities.Level of Responsibility, Accountability and Authority:Responsible for high level of successful sales activity.Accountability for achieving total industrial instrumentation yearly budget at required Gross margin.Authority to provide technical solutions to enhance clients' business performance.Authority to sign documents to specified limits by company.Authority to compile tender submissions to meet client needs.Qualification, Knowledge and Experience required:Technical qualification or plant experience,Proven sales track record, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales within Industrial Instrumentation.Knowledgeable in Industrial Automation with experience in selling solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Client-driven and customer focused mindset.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Mature personality with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to operate independently.Applicants should have sales or plant experience in some or all of the following equipment:Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure and Field measurement.
